Summer Conclave
We would love for you to be able to attend Alabama Conclave! It is a time for fun and to show off what our young men have worked so hard on throughout the year.
2026 Conclave will be July 9-12 in Huntsville, AL at Cahaba Shrine.

You (or your chapter advisor) MUST bring a printed copy to Conclave and hand it to a State Staff member
In order for an active DeMolay to attend Conclave they MUST have a current medical release form with a parent/guardian signature submitted to a AL DeMolay State Staff member. Our main priority is to keep our youth safe, so you will not be allowed to attend without this form. This form must be printed out and handed to a member of staff when you arrive at Conclave.
Please fill out the AL DeMolay Conclave 2026 Registration form as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Each person must submit this form individually and every active DeMolay must submit this form in order to attend Conclave. Registration is due by June 26, 2026.
The registration fee for all active AL DeMolays is $0 (including T-shirts and all meals but not ritual competition costs) and the registration costs for all other guests is $125 (NOT including T-shirts or fun event tickets). If a guest is only attending the Saturday evening banquet, the fee is $45. Please look at the Conclave Costs document to look at all others fees.
If you would like to support our young men by purchasing an ad in our annual Conclave book please fill out the Ads for Conclave Book form by June 14, 2026. Thank you for supporting our youth!
